Kia ora!

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people at all stages of life from curious children to adults seeking deeper self-understanding. While my earlier work was closely tied to youth mental health, I have always valued the continuity of working across the lifespan. Today, my practice is open to individuals of all ages, bringing a wealth of experience from both specialist mental health services and the University of Otago Student Health Centre.

I am formally trained in evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and EMDR. While these therapeutic frameworks deeply inform my clinical perspective, my private practice is currently dedicated exclusively to psychological assessments. This focus allows me to provide comprehensive, high-quality evaluations for ADHD, Autism (ASD), Cognitive profiles, and learning differences (such as Dyslexia) for both children and adults.

When I am not in the clinic, I’m usually exploring Dunedin’s beautiful beaches or playgrounds with my husband and young son. I’m a fan of the "quieter" joys: playing board games, completing jigsaw puzzles, and cuddling my cat, Scallywag, although I do balance it out with a bit of tap dancing!
