Services and Fees

Initial Appointments
In order for me to get to know you better and to ensure services are best catered to your individual needs, all new clients attend an Initial Appointment. This enables us to collaboratively set goals and make a personalised plan together. This session also gives you a chance to see if you think we are a good fit before committing to further work together. Most Initial Appointments are held online using Google Meet.
Fees for Initial Appointments are $300
Individual Therapy
I provide support for a broad range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, low mood, OCD and parenting concerns. My approach is evidence-based and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on specialist training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
We will work together to find a pace that feels right for you. Many clients find that starting with weekly sessions helps to build the momentum and skills needed to manage immediate concerns, gradually reducing frequency as therapy progresses. I also offer "maintenance" or top-up sessions as required; if we have worked together previously, you are always welcome to reach out for a check-in, even if I am not currently taking on new bookings.
Fees for a standard 50-minute sessions are $200 each.

Assessments
I provide comprehensive assessments for a variety of needs, including ADHD, ASD, and both learning (e.g. dyslexia, dyscalculia) and cognitive queries. I also conduct general mental health assessments to help clarify your support requirements.
The assessment process is collaborative and thorough. It typically involves an in-depth clinical interview, the completion of questionnaires, and, in some instances, hands-on cognitive or functional tasks. To ensure a complete clinical picture, I may also need to gather collateral information from external sources such as parents, family members, or schools. Please note that while these evaluations are designed to explore your symptoms or concerns, a diagnosis cannot be guaranteed if the evidence gathered does not meet the necessary diagnostic criteria.
Payment for these services is structured in two stages. The first 50% of the fee is due following our assessment appointment. The remaining 50% is billed once a draft report has been prepared, but prior to the delivery of the final, completed document.
Please note, as of February 2026, changes in regulations allow certain General Practitioners (GPs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to assess ADHD and prescribe stimulant medication. If your primary goal for seeking an assessment is to access medication, I recommend checking with your GP or NP beforehand to confirm they are willing to accept a Psychologist’s report for this purpose. It is important to note that GPs and NPs are not under a formal obligation to prescribe stimulant medication based on an external Psychologist’s assessment, and acceptance of these reports is at their clinical discretion.
Fees for these services are subject to variation based on the complexity of the case. Standard rates are as follows:
ADHD: $1600
ASD: $1800
Learning: $1800
Cognitive: $1600
Mental Health: $1800
